Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns or refund requests for items that are:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Faulty or defective products
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or refund unless faulty or damaged.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Used or damaged items caused after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with you toward a suitable resolution.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for refund processing
- Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank
Exchanges
If available, we may offer a replacement or exchange for faulty or damaged items instead of a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe:
